Will you join us?** From **Grupo RAS España**, we are recruiting an **HR TECHNICIAN** for our office in **VALLS**. We are looking for a candidate with a Higher Vocational Training qualification or University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations and/or Human Resources. Minimum one year of experience handling contract management, social security filings, payroll processing, invoicing, sick leave management (ITs), and other typical departmental tasks. Additionally, your primary responsibility will be anticipating our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to MATCH candidates with companies. This includes job posting, CV screening, telephone, digital and face-to-face interviews, report preparation, and follow-up. Beyond specializing as an HR Technician, it is important that you enjoy daily client interaction, advisory support, and client retention. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** Passion for human resources and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Higher Vocational Training or University degree; preference given to qualifications in Labor Relations, Psychology or Law. Strong client- and service-oriented mindset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work on-site from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Immediate availability to start.
