This will significantly increase your chances of success #### **Your mission** You will be responsible for overseeing the proper functioning of ICT solutions, ensuring service availability through monitoring and observability tools. Additionally, you will participate in managing critical incidents, tracking changes, and communicating with technical and business teams to guarantee stable and efficient operations. #### **Key responsibilities** * Continuously monitor ICT solutions using monitoring and observability platforms. * Detect, analyze, and manage critical or high-impact alerts and incidents. * Coordinate and execute necessary escalations to ensure rapid incident resolution. * Monitor risks associated with changes and technical interventions. * Communicate the impact of incidents and changes to various teams, adapting messaging for both technical and business stakeholders. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base. * Track SLAs (ANS), service indicators, and dashboards. * Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service operations. #### **Mandatory requirements** **Experience** * Experience as a Senior Technical Specialist in projects or services related to ICT operations, supervision, and monitoring. * Experience managing incidents, changes, and operations of critical services. **Education** * University degree or Medium/Higher Vocational Training qualification. **Required technical knowledge** * Observability and monitoring tools: * APM * Grafana * Elastic * Kibana * CheckMK * ITSM (BMC Remedy / Helix). * Incident management. * Change management. * Service-level agreement (SLA/ANS) tracking. #### **Preferred experience in** * Amazon Web Services (AWS). * Microsoft Azure. * Python. * Power Automate. * UiPath. * PagerDuty. * OpenText. * Cybersecurity. * Artificial Intelligence. #### **Valued certifications** * ITIL (above Foundation level). * PMP. * SIAM. * Lean IT. * COBIT. #### **Personal competencies** * Excellent communication skills. * Problem-solving under pressure. * Stress management. * Teamwork. * Organization and prioritization ability. * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Ability to work in high-availability environments. #### **Ideal profile** We seek a professional experienced in ICT operations and monitoring of critical services, focused on incident prevention and continuous operational improvement.
