We are seeking a Labor Advisor for a tax and legal consultancy, responsible for the comprehensive management of a client portfolio, with autonomy and ongoing advisory support.

**What will your role be?**
You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a client portfolio.
You will work with **A3Nom**, and your responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of **complex payrolls** (flexible remuneration, mirror payrolls, etc.)
* Management of **social security contributions** (SILTRA)
* Procedures with Social Security and SEPE
* Management of **benefits** (retirement, disability, widowhood, capitalization, etc.)
* Calculation and filing of **tax returns** (forms 111 and 190)
* Handling of **dismissals** (pre-legal department phase)
* Application of **collective bargaining agreements** and ongoing client advisory support
**Will you need to learn and develop all this on your own?**

**What do we require from you?**
* **3–5 years’ experience** in labor consultancy
* Proficiency in A3Nom, SILTRA, and official platforms (Social Security, SEPE, etc.)
* Experience in **end-to-end client portfolio management**
* Knowledge of benefits (retirement, disability, etc.)
* Experience with **complex payrolls**
* Strong communication skills and ability to advise clients
* **Interest and fluency in technological/IT and AI environments**
