




Job Summary: We are seeking a document management specialist to organize and prepare physical files for digitization, ensuring proper classification and efficient workflow. Key Points: 1. In Barberà del Vallès, we seek a person to handle and prepare office physical documentation with the objective of organizing files for subsequent digitization. The role involves handling and organizing documents, ensuring they are correctly classified and ready for conversion into digital format. This work is essential to maintain an efficient flow between physical archives and digital systems, guaranteeing error-free processing. Organizational ability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to resolve potential issues during document handling are required. Experience or genuine interest in document management tasks is valued, as well as strong oral and written communication skills and willingness to collaborate effectively within a team. This is a temporary contract based on production needs, with an intensive morning schedule from Monday to Friday. The working week is 40 hours for most of the year, reduced to 35 hours in August. The offered gross annual remuneration for this position is €17,094. Basic education (COU/BUP or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience or interest in document management. Proactivity, problem-solving attitude, and strong oral and written communication skills are required. Teamwork motivation and commitment to the project are essential.
