Real opportunities for permanent employment **Description:** ---------------- Quality, a company specialized in personnel selection, is currently managing a new recruitment process for one of our clients in the meat industry, engaged in pork processing and handling, located in **Montornès del Vallès**. We are looking to hire an **Industrial Maintenance Operator** to join the plant’s technical team. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial facilities and machinery. Repair electrical and mechanical failures. Install and maintain interior lighting systems. Prepare and commission facilities and machinery ahead of audits. Provide general support for maintenance tasks across the production plant. **Requirements:** Prior experience as an electromechanical technician in an industrial setting. Junior profiles with technical training in maintenance, electricity, or mechanics will also be considered. Experience as a welder, mechanic, electrician, and/or refrigeration technician will be valued. Responsible, solution-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team. **Conditions:** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 (1-hour lunch break). Initial temporary contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), with real opportunities for permanent employment. Job stability and a positive work environment.
