We are proud to take fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people worldwide. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Guided by a senior team, you will collaborate and develop competencies in the following areas: * Reviewing and developing, together with our senior colleagues, country/city-specific license application processes, documentary checklists, and databases to support time-forecasting tasks for the Due Diligence area during assessments of potential store locations in an international context. * Monitoring local partners and other MANGO departments to ensure timely delivery of required documentation for license applications, implementing necessary control and corrective measures to minimize non-compliance risks. * Supporting tasks inherent to permit application management. * Tracking pre-established schedules concerning potential risks—both regarding timelines and difficulties in obtaining licenses—and proactively and swiftly communicating such risks to all stakeholders involved in store opening and renovation processes. * Assisting in sourcing local engineering/architecture firms specialized in permit applications across cities where stores are being established, effectively defining the scope of proposals, work models, and interaction protocols with various MANGO teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. **ABOUT YOU** * Ability to work collaboratively within a team, interacting effectively with others in a fully cooperative environment. * Organizational and multitasking skills. * Being well-organized and possessing project management skills to keep track of licensing and permitting requirements across multiple locations and business units. * High level of English. * Proficiency in using project management tools and software, as well as systems for tracking licenses and permits. * Attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure all licensing and permitting requirements are properly fulfilled.
