My duties and responsibilities will include: * Assisting in social media planning and execution across the brand’s program, including curation of editorial calendars, content creation for key business lines and post scheduling. * Create content for Six Senses Ibiza’s website, blog, social media, newsletter, in\-app news, press releases, etc. * Assist Social Media Manager in managing and distributing the master editorial content calendar in partnership with partners, inclusive of paid and organic campaigns. * Manage social media content creation process from start to finish: creative brief development, project management with partners, internal review socialization, and approval workflows * Copywriting for social media posts and ensuring effective hashtag usage to increase exposure to relevant audiences. * Review competitor Social Media accounts and stay up to date with social media trends. * Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, support the creation and implementation of multi\-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to strategy and execution. * Work collaboratively across the wider marketing team including in\-house creative and social media to help plan, creative, develop, and optimize our multi\-channel strategy, acting as a collaborative epicenter for the broader team. * Assist in all website updates, ensuring all web content is up\-to\-date and relevant, collaborating closely with Six Senses corporate teams for all website updates and needs. * Support the Marketing and Communications Manager with all PR Day to day tasks including but not limited to support in drafting press releases, attending PR meetings, and coordinating asset delivery where needed for press purposes. **What’s in it for me** * I will learn and grow with our Six Senses Ibiza leaders. * I will be part of our Mission Wellness Program \- with plenty activities to discover Six Senses values, mission and vision along with our beautiful Island. * I will be delighted with the different flavors in our sustainable canteen, where I will have access to breakfast, lunch and dinner. + The hotel will provide me with shared accommodation, where I will share the space with fun and quirky people, like me. * Locker available. * I will enjoy two days off for each week of training. * Internship Allowance. ***Skills and Experience*** To execute the position of Marketing trainee, I have the required qualifications, technical skills with proven results. I am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross\-cultural environment positively. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English. I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services. A European Visa is mandatory.
