I assist with Front Office and Housekeeping operations, manage arrivals and departures, and help coordinate special requests. This role allows me to gain hands\-on experience in hotel operations while contributing to exceptional service for every guest.
### **Key responsibilities**
* Assist in daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
* Support the management of guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Monitor room readiness and quality standards.
* Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Support administrative tasks, reporting, and operational planning within the Rooms Division.
* Gain hands\-on experience in hotel operations and departmental management.
### **Skills and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.
* Basic knowledge of hotel operations and front office systems is a plus.
* Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to different tasks and challenges.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
