Develop and Implement Commercial Strategies:* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of projects for M\&E within the commercial enablement department. Ensure alignment with the HBX Group strategic objectives and priorities, with particular focus n M\&E.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to optimize sales performance particularly for M\&E product lines cross\-sell opportunities.
Cross\-Functional Collaboration:* Work with M\&E commercial and wider group teams to ensure cohesive strategies and execution plans.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support integrated performance management efforts.
Team Leadership:* Manage and mentor two M\&E Project Managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high\-performance team environment.
Stakeholder Engagement:* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
M\&E Commercial Project Oversight:* Monitor M\&E project progress, track key performance indicators, and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues as they arise.
Skills* Strategic Thinking: Ability to align project outcomes with business goals and think long\-term about program impacts and opportunities.
* Problem\-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess project challenges and devise effective solutions.
* Change Management: Experience in managing and driving change within an organization, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate changing priorities and environments in the travel industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP certification preferred).
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
Experience:* 5\+ years of experience in program or project management
* Proven track record of successfully managing large\-scale, complex projects and leading cross\-functional teams.
* Leadership and team management , with experience mentoring and developing project managers.
Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Project Management; Master’s degree preferred.
