About the Position Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Steward will be responsible for washing and maintaining cleanliness of utensils, tableware, and kitchen areas, ensuring an organized environment and adherence to basic hygiene standards to support the kitchen team. As a Steward, you will be responsible for the following duties: * Dishwashing: Washing plates, cutlery, glassware, and utensils in accordance with hygiene standards and using appropriate cleaning products. * Kitchen cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness of surfaces, utensils, and equipment to comply with food safety and hygiene standards. * Waste management: Correctly sorting and disposing of waste in accordance with environmental and health regulations. * Kitchen organization: Keeping kitchen utensils and equipment organized and in good condition. * Hygiene and safety compliance: Ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols within the workplace. * Maintenance of common areas: Keeping common areas, corridors, and storage spaces clean and orderly.
