WEB APPLICATION ANALYST-DEVELOPER

Description

We are seeking a Web Application Analyst-Developer for a public education-sector organization located in Barcelona. Participate in requirements gathering and functional documentation for application design and integration. Full-stack application development. Write, debug, and refactor programs, primarily in C# and Java, but also in others such as Python or PHP. Design, implement, and document test cases. Collaborate with other teams within a DevOps and DevSecOps framework. Automate and execute tests, as well as log defects. Monitor, store, track, and control source code versions. Create APIs, web services, and microservices. Integrate applications with other systems: third-party APIs, email, payments, remote registration, message queues, etc. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Familiarity with the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and its electronic regulations is considered an advantage. Ability to quickly adapt to evolving environments and learn new technologies as needed. * Bachelor's or Engineering degree — Telecommunications * University-specific qualification — Telecommunications * Catalan (spoken — Advanced, written — Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Certification of Catalan proficiency level C1 or bilingual status and/or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of .NET, specifically the ASP.NET development framework for building web applications and services. Familiarity with frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot...) and Node.js runtime environments. Technical proficiency in SQL and relational and non-relational database systems. Proven experience with agile methodologies. Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: A university bachelor’s or undergraduate degree is mandatory, preferably in Computer Engineering and/or equivalent. Applications holding only vocational training qualifications (FP) or technical certificates will not be considered. Certification of Catalan proficiency level C1 or bilingual status and/or equivalent. Proficiency in web application programming or solid knowledge thereof. Experience with cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services). Advanced knowledge of web frontend development technologies. Knowledge of the .NET platform, especially the ASP.NET development framework for creating web applications and services. Proficiency in SQL and relational and non-relational databases.
