If you are motivated to work on impactful projects, grow professionally, and contribute value based on your experience, **this is the place for you**. **Your Mission** As a **Scrum Master**, your mission will be to **optimize software delivery processes**, lead the adoption of agile methodologies, and act as the bridge between business and technology to ensure high-quality releases—contributing to business and people development while aligning your work with the company’s strategy. **What You’ll Do Daily:** * **Facilitating Events:** Lead and energize Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, and Retrospective), ensuring they remain productive and time-boxed. * **Removing Impediments:** Proactively identify and resolve any obstacles hindering the development team’s progress, managing external dependencies. * **Coaching and Mentoring:** Support the team and the Product Owner in understanding agility, helping refine the Product Backlog and prioritize clearly. * **Monitoring Agile Metrics:** Analyze velocity, Cycle Time, and Lead Time to help the team forecast deliveries and sustainably improve efficiency. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with specific training in agile frameworks. * Experience: Minimum 4 years serving as a Scrum Master in software development teams (IT environments). * Technical Knowledge: Expert-level mastery of **Scrum and Kanban**, and experience with management tools such as **Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps**. * Languages: English at B2/C1 level, fluent enough to facilitate sessions with distributed teams. * Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, empathy, resilience, and conflict resolution capability. **Highly Valued** * **Official Certifications:** PSM I/II (Scrum.org) or CSM (Scrum Alliance) certification. * **Scaling Agile:** Experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS. * **Technical Background:** Prior experience as a developer to understand the team’s technical challenges. **What We Offer** * Stable project aligned with your expertise. * Permanent contract. * Work modality: Hybrid. * Flexible working hours. * Recognition program — the 3 C’s (Commitment, Communication, Customer Orientation), with monetary incentives for winners. * Career development plan and continuous training.
