**Who are we?** Enrique Tomás is a leading brand in Iberian ham and gastronomic experience, present in airports, train stations, shopping malls, and streets across Spain. Behind every store is a team—and that team starts with you. **Your mission** We are seeking a Selection Technician to lead the entire talent onboarding process for our stores and offices—from start to finish—while also providing close, ongoing support to employees and store managers across our entire network. **Your responsibilities** * Manage the full recruitment process: from defining job profiles and posting vacancies, to screening CVs, conducting interviews, and closing hiring contracts. * Support the Labor Department in managing personnel-related documentation and administrative tasks—including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management. * Address, resolve, and respond to staff’s daily questions and needs. * Collaborate with the Operations Department to identify nationwide staffing requirements. * Work with managers to identify personnel needs and execute corresponding recruitment processes. * Monitor and support the onboarding process for new hires. * Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strengthening the Group’s employer brand. **What we’re looking for** * Prior experience in personnel selection, preferably within retail or organized foodservice environments. * Basic knowledge of labor management and personnel documentation. * Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with teams. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes and locations simultaneously. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume work environment. * Motivation to grow within an expanding Group, with direct impact on the people who form part of it. **What we offer** **Location**: Our headquarters in Badalona, Montigalá. **Contract**: Permanent, full-time employment. **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and flexible end times between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Early finish on Fridays at 2:00 PM.
