Positive work environment At **JM Plastalkon, SLU**, a company specializing in the plastic injection sector, we are looking for an experienced **Plastic Injection Mechanic Operator** to join our production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and performing basic maintenance on injection molding machines, ensuring proper execution of the production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Starting up and shutting down injection molding machines. * Performing mold changes and parameter adjustments. * Resolving machine malfunctions and optimizing the production process. * Conducting quality control of manufactured products. * Performing basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machinery. * Recording production data. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 2 years of experience in the plastic injection sector.** * In addition to technical experience, we seek a responsible individual with strong interpersonal skills who fits well within our team. * Knowledge of machine parameterization, mold changes, and equipment operation. * A responsible, proactive, and quality-oriented individual. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proximity of residence to Masquefa or surrounding areas will be valued. **We Offer:** * Join a stable and growing company. * Continuous internal training. * Positive work environment. * Competitive salary based on qualifications and industry collective agreement.
