We need an intermediate-level Occupational Health and Safety Technician with a Medium-Level Vocational Training Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) to work on-site. Control subcontractor documentation and on-site personnel documentation for site access, reporting incidents to subcontractors and the site team to ensure only authorized personnel gain access. Supervise correct on-site implementation of the Safety Plan, safety procedures, and safety manuals, opening incident reports and transmitting preventive measures to the site teams and subcontractors for execution. Additionally, track incidents until their resolution. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and proper implementation of the Safety and Health Plan. Carry out periodic audits at sites to inspect authorized personnel accessing the site. Deliver occupational health and safety training: worker training in PRL matters and coordination meetings for business activities (CAE). Control workers’ occupational health and safety training. Collaborate in drafting annexes to the site’s Safety and Health Plan (PSS). Manage coordination meetings for business activities with subcontractors and attend meetings with the Safety and Health Coordinator (CSS) and other contractors involved in the project. Prepare corrective action reports regarding safety and health on site. Act as the designated liaison with the Safety and Health Coordinator (CSS) and accompany\-him/her during site visits. Collaborate in preparing accident and incident reports on site. Support preparation of monthly accident statistics reports for safety coordinators and the developer. Identify and report detected incidents, proposing corresponding corrective actions. Support the site manager in ensuring correct application of the Safety and Health Plan (PSS) and environmental procedures, guaranteeing their compliance. Perform documentary and operational control of collective protections on site, machinery, and auxiliary equipment. Certifications: maintain and participate in obtaining and maintaining national and international certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\. Report directly to the Head of the Prevention and Environmental Department. * Minimum 2 years’ experience.
