Holistic business perspective gained by rotating across different centers and operational units. **AGUNSA Europa** is looking to hire a Junior Operations Engineer to support the growth and optimization of **ESBO Logistics (https://esbologistics.com/)**, the group's logistics operator specializing in multichannel B2B and B2C solutions. ESBO Logistics currently operates with: * 450 professionals * 4 logistics centers * 130\.000 m² of operational space * Clients from diverse sectors and operational models We are currently undergoing a phase of strong professionalization and growth, and seek to onboard a Junior Operations Engineer with an analytical mindset, strong observational skills, and enthusiasm for learning logistics operations from within. **What You Will Do:** You will work directly with the Operations Management team, participating in real-world projects involving analysis, improvement, and optimization of operations across our various logistics centers. Your mission will be to understand how each operation functions, measure processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and transform operational data into actionable insights for decision-making. You will gain a cross-functional view of the business and experience a steep learning curve. **Key Responsibilities** * On-site operational analysis. * Observing and analyzing real logistics processes across different clients and operational units. * Understanding receiving, put-away, order picking, and dispatch workflows. * Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational deviations. **Methods and Time Studies** * Conducting standardized operational measurements. * Analyzing productivity and execution times. * Documenting processes and establishing operational standards. **Monitoring and Validation of New Operational Models** * Comparing budgeted parameters against actual operational performance. * Analyzing deviations impacting productivity and profitability. * Participating in the validation of new clients and projects. **Data & Continuous Improvement** * Building and maintaining operational databases. * Structuring information for future analysis. * Preparing reports and conclusions for the Operations Management team. * Participating in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Logistics, or related field. * Recent graduate or with 1\-2 years of experience. * Genuine interest in operations, processes, and continuous improvement. * Strong analytical ability and data orientation. * Proficiency in Excel. * Methodical, observant, and solution-oriented profile. * Ability to work in operational environments and interact effectively with plant teams. * Willingness to travel between logistics centers. We do not require prior warehouse experience.
