As a **SEO Content Marketing Specialist** in the SEO Department you will be in charge of: * Execute the SEO Content Marketing strategy and roadmap, in multiple markets and languages, which delivers world\-class content messaging and drives growth on the organic channels; * You will produce, maintain, review and update content materials, ensuring that they meet quality standards (user\-focused, relevant, well\-written, etc.) and are optimized and aligned with our SEO and link\-building strategies, driving growth; * You will perform keyword research and define a keyword universe that aligns with audience needs, business priorities and inbound traffic goals, collaborating with other internal and external teams, as needed; * You will collaborate with other teams (PR, Social Media, etc.) in the production of campaigns to ensure alignment and leverage the expertise of other teams; * You will manage multiple content projects in parallel; hence, project management skills are essential; * You will collect KPIs and analyze the performance of the different initiatives; * You understand the competitive landscape and can leverage industry knowledge to improve the content initiatives. **What you need to succeed:** **Good to have** Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. Here’s what you need to succeed: * 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, working on large\-scale B2C organizations; * Minimum 3 years of direct experience in SEO Content Marketing roles with a proven track record of implementing successful campaigns, driving company growth; * Experience in the travel sector is highly valued; * Generative AI knowledge and practical experience for content creation are highly desirable (gen AI tools, prompting knowledge, etc.); * Bachelor’s degree preferably related to Digital Marketing and Communication, or Journalism; * Fluent in English (written and spoken). Also, a proficient level of another EU language is highly valued (French, German, Italian, Portuguese); * High\-quality content creation skills and demonstrable experience are required; * Advanced usage of SEO tools, such as Ahrefs or Sistrix; * Good understanding of web analytics tools; * Highly organized and detail\-oriented; * Team player, proactive, motivated, curious, determined, can\-do attitude. **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience with Applied AI Tools:** Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI\-powered coding assistants; * **Experimentation Mindset:** Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI\-driven solutions into software development workflows; * **AI\-Enhanced Problem Solving:** Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity; * **Adaptability and Learning Agility:** Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities; * **Collaboration with AI:** Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers” to complement traditional software development practices. **What’s in it for you?** **The best talent deserves the best benefits** At eDO, we want you to be a part of our success story and great culture.
