Experience in Azure Data environments, modern data architectures, and Microsoft certifications reinforcing expertise in advanced analytics will be highly valued. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- **Architecture and Platform** * Design and implement analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Dataflows, and Pipelines). * Define optimized data models using dimensional approaches and modern architectures. * Ensure scalability and efficiency in analytics environments. **Modeling and Visualization** * Develop advanced semantic models in Power BI. * Build executive and analytical dashboards with high usability standards. * Implement row-level security (RLS) and access control strategies. **Data Governance and Quality** * Define data governance standards. * Implement quality controls and traceability. * Manage permissions and access policies in accordance with institutional regulations. **Optimization and Performance** * Optimize models, DAX queries, and SQL structures. * Improve dataset loading, consumption, and refresh times. * Implement performance tuning best practices. **Collaboration and Data Culture** * Translate functional requirements into structured analytical solutions. * Support business areas in adopting self-service BI. * Promote standards and best practices in data usage. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- #### **Mandatory** * Solid experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Dataflows, Pipelines). * Advanced Power BI: tabular modeling, advanced DAX, optimization, and security. * Advanced SQL and dimensional modeling (Star Schema). * Experience in data governance and access control. #### **Desirable** * Experience in Azure Data environments. * Experience with Snowflake. * Knowledge of modern data architectures (Data Mesh, Lakehouse, etc.). * Microsoft certifications (PL\-300, DP\-600 or others). #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
