**Responsibilities:**
We are seeking to hire a cleaner for a substitution role. The primary responsibility will be cleaning assigned facilities at the center, ensuring excellent hygiene conditions, an aseptic environment, and infection prevention across all hospital premises, in strict compliance with established service procedures and protocols.

**What will your responsibilities be in this role?**
* Processing and managing sales orders (entering orders into the system)
* Preparing and tracking quotations.
* Handling customer phone inquiries (delivery times, pricing, stock availability).
* Monitoring the order portfolio of assigned customers.
* Supporting the commercial network.
* Resolving incidents.
* Back-office tasks: managing returns, issuing credit notes, maintaining databases (customers, prices, etc.).
**What will make you succeed in this position?**
* Education: Medium- or higher-level vocational training in Administration or a related field
* Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role; industrial sector experience preferred.
* Digital tools: proficient user of Office 365; SAP experience is desirable.
* English language skills are a plus.
* Personal competencies: solution-oriented, empathetic, proactive, customer-focused, and well-organized.
