




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide customer service and perform office tasks for a company specializing in swimming pool construction and maintenance, handling orders, invoicing, and inventory control. Dynamic work environment In the Les Preses area, we are looking for a person to perform administrative and customer service tasks at a company dedicated to swimming pool construction and maintenance. Duties include telephone support, order reception, invoicing, cash register management, direct customer interaction, shelf restocking in the store, and inventory control, as well as other duties inherent to the position. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift between 09:00 and 19:00, with breaks established by law. A permanent contract and a dynamic work environment are offered. Prior experience in similar roles and strong communication and organizational skills will be highly valued. * Experience in administrative tasks and customer service. * We seek a person with a pleasant demeanor, responsible and proactive. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Vocational Training Degree (GM) in Administrative Management or demonstrable experience.
