If you are passionate about working with people, have experience accompanying socially excluded groups, and would like to join one of the region’s leading social entities, this is your opportunity. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Be part of the organization’s technical team. * Guide, accompany, and advise individuals in situations of vulnerability to develop their personal autonomy and occupational integration. * Participate in the planning, organization, and evaluation of social integration interventions: intervention program, organization and management of resources required to implement the program... * Organize and supervise support activities for cohabitation units. * Coordinate with the technical team for the implementation of intervention plans. * Actively participate in designing and managing user integration programs through sociocultural, leisure, and free-time activities. **What do we offer?** * Join one of the area’s leading social entities with a long-standing track record. * A dynamic environment with an excellent work atmosphere. * A temporary project lasting 6\-8 months to cover a maternity leave. * Full-time employment contract with a salary to be agreed upon with each candidate based on professional experience provided. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Excellent communication skills; empathy and social sensitivity. * A dynamic and curious individual with the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances. * University degree in Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Mandatory experience in a similar position. * Valid driver’s license. * Geographic proximity is mandatory (Igualada or surrounding areas).
