Job Summary: Experienced security guards are sought for the protection of assets, facilities, and people, and for compliance with security protocols in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities: 1. Emergency response and incident reporting A security sector company located in the city of Barcelona requires 10 security guards. - MANDATORY: - Valid TIP (Professional Identification Card) for security guards. - Prior experience in security and guarding duties. - Valid driver's license to perform vehicle patrols for the company. High availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Availability to cover 12-hour shifts according to weekly rosters and operational service requirements. Immediate start. CONDITIONS: Indefinite-term contract, on-site modality, full-time rotating 12-hour shifts (6 a.m. to 6 p.m.; 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.), including statutory rest periods, Monday to Sunday, organized into long-week rosters (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and short-week rosters (Wednesday, Thursday). Monthly gross salary: €1,435.43 (15 payments). Core responsibilities of a security guard assigned to fixed-location services in the Barcelona area, ensuring protection of assets, facilities, and people, as well as compliance with established security protocols. Main duties: - Continuous physical presence at the assigned site for surveillance and protection of facilities. - Periodic security patrols across various facility zones to detect incidents, unauthorized access, or risk situations. - Control of access for staff, visitors, and suppliers, verifying authorizations, entry/exit logs, and ensuring compliance with internal regulations. - Supervision and implementation of established security protocols at the workplace. - Monitoring and operation of video surveillance (CCTV) systems, reviewing security camera feeds and identifying potential incidents or anomalous behavior. - Reporting and logging incidents, preparing relevant reports, and communicating any anomalies to the service supervisor. - Responding to emergency situations in accordance with established procedures, ensuring rapid and effective action. - Collaborating with other security team members and site supervisors to ensure proper service functioning. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. Prior experience in security and guarding duties. * Competencies / Knowledge: Valid TIP (Professional Identification Card) for security guards.
