DESCRIPTION A major multinational company in the defense sector seeks to hire a Data Architect specialized in data modeling to participate in technological projects within a corporate environment. Location: Carrer de Roc Boronat, 133\. Barcelona Work Mode: Hybrid #### **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in the creation of conceptual and logical data models. * Document entities, attributes, and relationships. * Support the definition of data dictionaries and metadata. * Participate in reviewing the consistency and quality of information structures. * Support senior data architects and development teams. * Participate in design reviews and validation of data requirements. REQUIREMENTS * Intermediate-level knowledge of data modeling across conceptual, logical, and physical views. * Proficiency in relational database management using SQL. * Understanding of normalization, primary and foreign keys, and relationship types. * Familiarity with data structures and principles of information architecture. * Academic or initial professional experience with modeling tools such as ER Studio, PowerDesigner, Enterprise Architect, or solutions like Draw.io. * Ability to produce basic technical documentation. #### **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. * Specialized education in databases or data analysis will be considered an advantage. * Minimum English level: B2\. C1 level is desirable for international environments. #### **Desirable Requirements:** * Introductory knowledge of NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB or Cassandra. * University-level or internship experience in data-related projects. * Familiarity with Data Warehouse or Data Lake concepts. * Foundational knowledge of data quality and data governance. * Knowledge of NAFv4 and MBSE. * Experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect or Cameo. #### **Valuable Certifications:** * Introductory certifications in data management or SQL.
