MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: \- Individuals registered as jobseekers with the Catalan Employment Service (SOC) at the time of application to the employment programme. This status must be maintained until the date of incorporation into the workplace. \- Minimum academic qualification: Baccalaureate, Second-Degree Vocational Training (FP), or Higher-Level Vocational Training Cycle, or equivalent. However, the generic tasks they must carry out are detailed below: • Perform administrative management functions for files pertaining to their assigned area, carrying out all related tasks. • Transcribe or draft documents required for processing administrative files, in accordance with regulatory provisions and established guidelines and procedures. • Classify and manage administrative information and documents. • Handle necessary relations with third parties (citizens, users, internal clients, suppliers, other administrations, etc.) regarding matters under the management scope of their area, and, at a basic level, regarding services provided by the Town Council. • Carry out economic management operations and procedures specific to their area, as authorised. • Participate in and support activities and services delivered from their assigned area. • Identify, collect, and report incidents, anomalies, or improvement opportunities concerning the operation of procedures, files, or activities within their area, proposing possible improvement solutions. • Provide administrative or operational support to technical and senior staff in procedures and activities within their area. • Safeguard municipal interests while performing their duties. • Ensure occupational health and safety at their workplace, using equipment related to their activity appropriately, in accordance with established procedures and current occupational risk prevention regulations. • And, generally, other similar duties within their category assigned to them.
