### **About the Project**
You will join a high-impact project in the field of **cyberdefense**, working with large volumes of data and cutting-edge technologies. The team focuses on building solid, scalable, and secure solutions within a demanding and continuously evolving technical environment.
Location: Barcelona
Work Mode: 60% remote work
️ Equipment provided by the company for security reasons### **️ What You’ll Do**
* Design, develop, and maintain **robust and efficient data pipelines**.
* Implement **ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT)** processes.
* Ensure **data quality, consistency, and traceability**, optimizing process performance.
* Collaborate closely with **architecture, BI, and artificial intelligence** teams.
* Document data flows and technical dependencies to ensure maintainability.
* Participate in **pipeline automation and deployment (CI/CD)**.
### **✅ What Will Make You Succeed**
* Minimum of **2 years’ experience as a Data Engineer**.
* Proficiency in **advanced SQL** and handling large volumes of data.
* Knowledge of programming languages such as **Python, Scala, or Java**.
* Experience with orchestration tools such as **Airflow, NiFi, or Prefect**.
* Hands-on experience with **relational and NoSQL databases**.
* Familiarity with data formats such as **JSON, Parquet, Avro, or CSV**.
* Experience in **data quality control and automated validations**.
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
* English proficiency level between **B2 and C1**.
* **Nice-to-Have**
* Experience in **Big Data environments (Spark, Hadoop, Flink)**.
* Knowledge of **Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures**.
* Experience with cloud platforms (**Azure, AWS, or GCP**).
* Knowledge of **data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub)**.
* Familiarity with **containers and Kubernetes**.
* Understanding of **data governance and metadata**.
* Certifications in ETL tools or Big Data technologies.
