Promotes teamwork and quality control **Description:** ---------------- From the PROMAN Manresa office (phone: 93 829 60 01\), we are recruiting a production operator for an important company located in Prats de Lluçanès, for split shifts—morning, afternoon, or night—from Monday to Friday. The candidate must be available for immediate start. Prior experience as a production operator in industrial companies is also required. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble, operate, and maintain production machinery. * Monitor the production process and ensure it meets quality standards. * Collaborate within a team to achieve production targets. * Report proper equipment functionality and prevent potential breakdowns. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Comply with safety regulations. **Requirements:** Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Minimum 2 years’ experience performing production operator duties in manufacturing plants. Driver’s license B and personal vehicle are mandatory. Must reside in Prats de Lluçanès or nearby areas. Availability for immediate start. **We Offer:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday on split shifts—morning, afternoon, or night (except the night shift, which runs from Sunday to Thursday). Contract Type: Full-time. Possibility of a permanent contract.
