You will collaborate with the kitchen team in creating exceptional culinary experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with food safety and sustainability protocols. **What will you have to do?** * Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring impeccable quality, presentation, and flavor. * Collaborate in menu planning and execution, participating in the incorporation of new culinary trends. * Manage daily mise en place, ensuring all ingredients and materials are ready for service. \- Supervise and ensure proper handling, preservation, and storage of food. \- Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and food safety, complying with established protocols. * Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth and high-quality service. * Participate in stock control and minimize food waste, aligning with the hotel’s sustainability policies. **What are we looking for?** * Studies in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts or related fields. * At least 2 years of experience as a chef in high-category hotels, luxury restaurants or similar environments. * Mastery of modern and traditional culinary techniques; experience in international cuisine is valued. * Proactive, creative person with attention to detail, able to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
