It is a cross\-asset trading desk responsible for credit and funding risk adjustments in non\-collateralised and partially collateralised transactions, wrong\-way risk exposures, bond\-collateralised agreements, collateral posting options, and, more broadly, any cross\-product economic adjustment relevant to BBVA Global Markets’ activity. **About the job:** As a Junior XVA Trader, your **responsibilities** will include: * Joining a global, cross\-asset trading team with hubs across three regions. * Assisting in the pricing of XVA adjustments for derivatives and SFT transactions executed globally. * Supporting the analysis and execution of market strategies to manage the complex cross\-asset exposures of the Global Markets XVA portfolio. * Contributing to the development and enhancement of tools and models that support all aspects of the Global Markets XVA agenda. **Qualifications:** * We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background. A degree in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics is required. * A background in Financial Mathematics is highly valued. * Previous experience in a financial role is highly valued. * Up to 3 years of work experience is valued * A team player who is able to perform under pressure. * Languages: English. **Skills:** Customer Targeting, Empathy, Ethics, Innovation, Proactive Thinking
