Join an established company with over 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry. We are looking for a **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** for our hotel chain in Ibiza. The main responsibility of the Maintenance Manager is to oversee the execution of maintenance and repair activities within the hotel premises, distributing, coordinating and supervising the work of the personnel under their charge. ***Main responsibilities:*** * Maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment. * Propose improvements and innovations to equipment and installations. * Collaborate with external maintenance companies. * Anticipate spare parts requirements according to warehouse stock levels. * Place necessary purchase and supply orders. * Guarantee safety, proper operation and preservation of the establishment's facilities and equipment. ***Requirements:*** * Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing required. * Demonstrable certifications in swimming pools and legionella management. * Knowledge of boilers and refrigeration chambers (refrigeration technician license). * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. * Specific sector-related qualifications and hotel experience will be valued. ***What we offer:*** * Year-round contract. * Full-time position. * Possibility of accommodation
