Monitor budget compliance. Propose and implement action plans in case of deviations. * Define the F\&B marketing and public relations strategy for their hotel in line with the brand. * Participate in preparing the departmental budget according to established guidelines. * Monitor the defined budget, ensure its compliance, and report any deviations within their department to the Business Partner. Participate in defining corrective measures needed to minimize negative impacts and monitor their implementation together with the Business Partner. * Participate in developing projections by providing information about their department. * Analyze reasons for deviations, participate in defining corrective actions, and promote their implementation within their department. * Actively participate in team selection and promotion via social media. * Inform HR Partners about critical vacancies at their hotel. * Know development plans and Human Resources tools to encourage their use (Melia Home, Melia Escucha, E\-melia, development plans, Inspiring Opportunities, Graduates Programs, Code of Ethics...). * Identify high-potential staff and actively participate in team development and trainees (if applicable). * Conduct performance evaluations of their team. * Know staffing ratios and apply the staffing guide defined for their hotels, submitting review proposals when operational needs require it. * Annually review the training plan with Operations Management and HR to propose training actions based on team needs. **What are we looking for?** * Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and food safety. * Skills in using economic management and kitchen analysis tools. * Up-to-date on culinary trends and gastronomic innovation. * Proficiency in Office Suite and position-related tools. * Knowledge of hotel operations across different service types. * Results-oriented and focused on company-set economic objectives. * Proactive approach to excellence and strong planning and organizational skills. * Leadership and strong communication skills, along with prior team management experience. * Implementation of pilots, projects, and company-wide strategies. * Implementation of new gastronomic concepts. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in 4 and 5\* hotels. * Local language and Advanced English. **At Meliá, we are all VIP** *At Meliá Hotels International, we support* ***equal opportunities*** *between women and men in the workplace, backed by management commitment and principles outlined in our Human Resources policies.
