




**Job Mission** Provide administrative and document support to the department, ensuring effective communication with national and international clients and suppliers through language proficiency, and contributing to the smooth operation of internal processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Management of administrative documentation (files, databases, correspondence, invoicing, delivery notes, contracts). * Telephone and in-person customer and supplier service, both in Spanish and other languages. * Drafting, translating, and sending emails and business communications. * Support in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation. * Coordination of schedules, organization of meetings, and logistical support for travel. * Collaboration with other departments to ensure proper information flow. * Monitoring and tracking of orders, collections, and basic payments. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and/or related university degree. * Experience: At least 1\-2 years in similar administrative roles. * Languages: * Advanced level of English (minimum B2\-C1\). * Additional languages are a plus (French, German, Italian). * Proficiency with computer tools: Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, ERP/CRM. * Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. **Key Competencies** * Proactivity and learning ability. * Organization and time management. * Customer orientation. * Teamwork. * Flexibility and adaptability.
