Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent vision systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling. **Job Responsibilities:** **We are looking for a Fourth\-Shift Production Supervisor to join our team!** If you are passionate about continuous improvement, leading teams, and making a difference in a dynamic industrial environment, this opportunity is for you. **Your mission** You will be responsible for ensuring — and exceeding — the objectives of assigned production lines by leading and collaborating with teams from the **Focus Factory** and other organizational areas. You will identify improvement opportunities, drive action plans, and ensure implementation of standards that elevate performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing your team. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure maximum finished\-product quality through adherence to standards and KPI monitoring. * Achieve production and cost targets while driving operational efficiency. * Manufacture the quantity specified by the Focus Factory, optimizing resources. * Maintain motivated and committed teams. * Promote and implement continuous improvements (including YC, A3\). * Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, leading risk communications. **Who we are looking for** * Higher education degree, preferably in an industrial field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational management (electronics experience is an asset). * 3 to 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry. * Availability for the fourth shift (3 weeks of Monday–Saturday morning shifts followed by one week off; 3 weeks of Sunday–Friday night shifts followed by one week off; 3 weeks of Monday–Saturday afternoon shifts followed by one week off). * Training or experience in the following areas is valued: + Robots, screwdrivers, troubleshooting. + EOL verification: connection / programming / functionality. + Cameras, PLCs, machine error resolution. + Team leadership, Lean tools (5S, TPM, SMED, Six Sigma), A3\. * Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/afternoon/night) and availability for the fourth shift. **In addition, here’s what we offer:** * ️ Subsidized catering * ‍ ️ In\-house physiotherapy service (75% subsidized) * Flexible working hours * Training support * In\-company language courses (English, French and more) * ‍ ️ Sports events and healthy activities for all employees ✨ **If leading teams, improving processes, and being part of a challenging and growing industrial environment motivates you… we want to meet you!** **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
