DESCRIPTION At Better Consultants, we are looking to hire a Full Stack Developer with experience in Angular (v16 or higher) and Spring Boot to participate in an important project within the public sector, focused on a technological migration toward a new architecture. **Who are we looking for?** YOU! Someone eager to take on greater responsibility, participate in more complex projects, and establish themselves as a key profile within the development team. **Required qualifications:** **Education** * University degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent disciplines. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of total professional experience, including: * At least 2 years of frontend development experience with Angular (version 16 or higher). * At least 1 year of backend development experience with Spring Boot. * Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL. **Technical competencies** * Application development with Angular (v16\+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 * Application development with Spring / Hibernate * REST API development with Spring Boot (Java) * Experience with relational databases (SQL) * Service integration and API consumption * Version control with GitLab * Knowledge of good development practices (clean code, testing, etc.) **Functional competencies** * Strong technical analysis capability based on functional requirements. * Good communication skills **Desirable qualifications** * Experience working in public-sector environments. * Experience with continuous integration (CI/CD) tools. * Knowledge of microservice-based architectures.
