Support housing and employment search: accompany facility residents in searching for housing and actively seeking employment, aiming to facilitate transition to the next phase, in coordination with the technical team’s area-specific professionals. Provide emotional support: remain available to facility residents, promoting active listening and emotional support in accordance with Psychological First Aid (PFA) guidelines. Maintain order and safety at the facility: ensure the facility remains in good condition, uphold cohabitation rules, safeguard the safety and well-being of residents, and carry out facility maintenance. Other responsibilities **Profile:** * Qualification: Leisure and Free-Time Monitor or Medium or Higher Vocational Training degree related to the social field. * Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, from 22:00 to 07:45 hours (with alternating Wednesdays off — i.e., work on Wednesday one week, take it off the next).
