Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, through its Facility Services division, is seeking a Recruitment Technician for its Barcelona office. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Posting job openings on various employment portals and specialized platforms. * Proactively searching for and attracting candidates through diverse sources—both online and offline. * Screening resumes by conducting initial CV analyses to identify the most suitable profiles. * Conducting telephone, online, and in-person interviews to assess candidates against position requirements. * Evaluating competency- and technical-based assessments, as well as preparing detailed reports on results. * Coordinating interviews between candidates and respective department heads. * Maintaining daily, fluent communication with cleaning service managers to ensure smooth progress of recruitment processes. * Using internal platforms. * Handling administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process. **Position Description** MISSION To comprehensively manage recruitment processes within an assigned region or business unit—from receiving the hiring request through to candidate onboarding. **Candidate Requirements** EDUCATION * University degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Human Resources, or a related field. EXPERIENCE * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE Tools * Microsoft Office (Intermediate level) * Employment portals and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, InfoJobs) * Digital interview and selection platforms (Teams, Zoom, or similar) Other * Proficiency in office tools for data management and reporting * Understanding of the labor market and talent trends—including labor regulations, salary expectations, and talent attraction dynamics * Experience in active talent search and selection techniques. **What We Offer?** * Temporary contract starting from 3 months * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:15; Friday, 08:00–14:00 * 1 day of remote work per week * Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—enabling everyone to participate on equal footing.
