DESCRIPTION At **SIRT**, we continue to grow and are seeking a **Senior DevOps** professional for a strategic project in the field of **cyber defense**. If you are passionate about working with containers, automation, and secure environments—and want to be part of a high-impact technology project—this opportunity is for you! **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and evolving cloud-native infrastructures, ensuring automation, scalability, and security of systems within a critical environment. **Key responsibilities** * Deploying and configuring applications and services in containerized environments * Designing, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) * Administering platforms based on Docker and Kubernetes * Designing robust, scalable, and highly available infrastructures * Collaborating with security teams to ensure best practices and compliance * Integrating observability and monitoring tools * Continuously improving DevOps processes and automation **What are we looking for?** * Analytical and problem-solving mindset * Proactivity and autonomy * Security-oriented mindset and risk mitigation focus * Strong communication skills * Teamwork orientation **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract * Stable project in a cutting-edge technological environment (cyber defense) * Hybrid work model (60% remote) * Location: Barcelona / Madrid / León * Continuous learning in cloud-native technologies and security * Collaboration with highly specialized teams If you seek a technical challenge in a demanding environment with real-world impact, we want to meet you! REQUIREMENTS Requirements * 4–6 years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker * 4–5 years of experience with Helm * Solid experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab or similar) * Scripting and/or programming language proficiency * SQL knowledge and database modeling skills * Advanced English (B2/C1) Desirable: * Experience with Keycloak, Apisix (identity/API management) * Knowledge of observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus) * Experience with OpenStack, Harbor * Experience in secured or cybersecurity environments
