It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS requires Kitchen Assistants to work in our hotels located in the center of Barcelona. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Carry out periodic cleaning tasks as established in the cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. * Assist in menu and menu card execution. * Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of provided products. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience as a cook. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation.
