Real opportunities for permanent employment **Job Objective** Provide operational and structural support to global electronics programs, contributing to the consolidation of the component database, supplier coordination, and documentary and contractual support with EMS/OEM partners. The role will involve cross-functional exposure with factories, R\&D, and international procurement offices. **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Technical Data Management * Compile and consolidate supplier CBOMs (Component Bill of Materials). * Standardize and formalize a global electronic components database. * Identify inconsistencies, duplications, and optimization opportunities. * Maintain up-to-date technical and commercial information for critical components. 2\. Support for Electronics Programs (Alicante \& Olot) * Support project coordination for electronics initiatives across both plants. * Track milestones, technical documentation, and sourcing requirements. * Prepare reports and project status analyses. 3\. Cross-Functional Liaison * Collaborate with R\&D teams on component validation and updates. * Coordinate with procurement offices in France and the USA to align strategies and data. * Facilitate the flow of technical and commercial information across functions and regions. 4\. Document Management * Organize and optimize the Electronics team’s SharePoint site. * Structure repositories for technical information, contracts, and RFQs. * Propose improvements to digital information management. 5\. Supplier and Industrial Partner Coordination * Support RFQ management directed at EMS providers. * Communicate with and follow up on suppliers to collect technical and commercial information. * Handle administrative coordination for contract signing with EMS/OEMs. * Assist in documenting traceability of agreements and commercial terms. **Required Profile** Education * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Academic background in data management or supply chain is an advantage. Others: Possibility of establishing an agreement with a university/educational institution. Technical Competencies * Basic knowledge of electronic components and BOM structures. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management tools. * High-level English proficiency is mandatory (minimum C1 level, international environment). Personal Competencies * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Ability to organize and structure complex information. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Strong communication skills in multicultural environments.
