Summary: Nesta Studios seeks a collaborative personal trainer passionate about strength training for women, with an interest in female physiology and a commitment to individualized, holistic health. Highlights: 1. Opportunity to contribute to a new, women-focused training and health project. 2. Chance to grow professionally within an evolving and supportive environment. 3. Flexibility and autonomy in structuring collaborations. **We are looking for a collaborating personal trainer for Nesta Studios** We are beginning our search for trainers who wish to collaborate with Nesta. If you enjoy strength training applied both in small groups and in personal training, believe in individualization, and have an interest in women’s health, this project may be a good fit for you. We seek a professional who wishes to collaborate with a women’s training and health center launched with a clear, long-term vision. **Who we are** Nesta Studios is a new women’s training and health space in Barcelona. A center designed so that movement adapts to female physiology and to each life stage, with a professional, scientific, and approachable perspective. Nesta’s vision is to integrate strength training, cardiovascular work, and Pilates within the same space. In the future, the project will incorporate nutrition and collaboration with physiotherapy. We want Nesta to be a space where different professionals can contribute, collaborate, and grow together around a shared perspective on women’s health—a center where each professional adds value from their specialty, and where coordination, human quality, and a shared vision enable truly comprehensive support. Nesta is in its initial phase, and this is also an opportunity: starting together allows us to grow with the project and actively participate in its evolution. **What sessions could you deliver at Nesta** * Personal training and/or small-group sessions (primarily strength and functional training). * Adapt each session to the needs, goals, and life stage of each woman. * Support clients in fostering a healthy relationship with exercise. * Professional input—based on your expertise—in developing and evolving the center’s methodology. **What we seek in you** **Essential requirements:** * Official degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science (CAFyD) or Technical Sports Education (TSE/TSAF). * Active registration in ROPEC. * Valid work permit in Spain. * High level of Catalan (mandatory for client interaction). * Training or interest in female physiology and training for women. * Strong communication skills and an approachable manner. **Particularly valued:** * Training or interest in training during pregnancy and postpartum. * Experience in strength training and individualized training. * Responsible, proactive attitude, with motivation to learn and grow professionally. **How we understand collaboration at Nesta** At Nesta, professionals collaborating with the project are as important as the women who come to the center. Our way of working, interpersonal approach, and values are built from within. We are not simply seeking someone to teach classes. We seek a professional who wants to become part of a project. **What we can offer you** * Collaboration in a new, dynamic project with a very clear vision. * Opportunity for professional growth as Nesta expands. * A carefully curated work environment aligned with the center’s values. * Professional support and coordination from the project. * Space to contribute ideas, professional judgment, and your own perspective. * Opportunities for professional training and development linked to the center’s evolution. * Organizational flexibility to be agreed upon based on availability and mutual fit. **Conditions** * Professional collaboration under self-employed status. * Service provision to be agreed upon according to profile, availability, and center needs. * Session time slots and volume to be defined by mutual agreement. * Professional fees to be negotiated based on experience, profile, and type of collaboration. * Collaboration compatible with other professional projects. The collaboration envisioned at this stage is under self-employed status. If the project evolves and, at some point, incorporating staff positions makes sense, we will prioritize considering professionals who have already collaborated with Nesta and demonstrated strong mutual fit—if those professionals are interested. **Are you interested?** If Nesta’s approach resonates with you and you wish to collaborate with a training center offering an integrative vision of women’s health, please send your CV and a brief introduction to: irenemendo@nestastudios.es Or write\-us at @nesta.studios Job Type: Self-employed Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: €20.00\-€27.00 per hour Expected Hours: 10 per week Benefits: * Professional development support * Flexible schedule * Training for professional certifications * On-site gym * Option for permanent contract * Training program Work Location: On-site employment
