The selected candidate will be responsible for document management and general administrative support related to the company's operations. Administrative document management and archiving. Data entry and database updates. Support in invoice, delivery note, and construction project documentation management. Telephone reception and email management. Coordination with various company departments. Other administrative duties inherent to the position. * 3 years of experience. Experience in administration * Higher vocational training qualification (FP) in Administration * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Prior experience in administrative tasks (experience in the construction sector is a plus). Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, email). Organized, responsible individual with strong teamwork skills. Good command of both Catalan and Spanish. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1700' to '1800'
