Over the past 7 years, we have served more than 20,000 families, closing 2024 with gross revenue exceeding €75 million — doubling 2023 results. **The Project:** **You will join a pioneering project** developing an integrated care model based on advanced technology (sensory, robotics, and artificial intelligence). Its goal: to help people with chronic illnesses live longer at home, with greater autonomy and quality of life. This project represents a turning point in the sector, as it connects users, hospitals, and health centers within a single digital ecosystem. It is the first initiative to combine these three technologies so deeply — and with such transformative purpose. Among the main challenges and initiatives are: * **Predictive algorithms** to anticipate hospital readmission risks using clustering techniques. * **Deployment of 12 robots**, each with distinct support functionalities. * **Sensory telemonitoring** for early-warning systems detecting physical or cognitive decline. * A **caregiver network** (physical and digital) facilitating meetups, scheduled breaks, and mutual support based on interests and geolocation. * **Co-creation between health and social services**, enabling more integrated and personalized interventions. And this is only the beginning: the projected impact is enormous. **What Would Your Role Be?** **As a Frontend Developer, you won’t just build technology — you’ll be a key piece in building Qida’s future.** * You will drive the development of applications that not only follow the roadmap but challenge it, enrich it, and advance it from a critical, collaborative, and value-oriented perspective. * You will be a catalyst for organizational change in implementing these solutions, with a vision connecting technology, business, and people. Your work will sit at the heart of our radical and continuous operational transformation — without compromising our quality standards. * You will help build a scalable, agile, and human-centered architecture.
