Since the initial structure will have long-term impact, a candidate with prior experience in Azure DevOps architecture and governance is required. We are leaders in end-to-end application maintenance, based on operational improvement. This includes recurring maintenance and technical and functional support services, as well as evolutionary and new development initiatives. We cover all necessary layers—from conceptualization and design to quality assurance and security of applications to be deployed. We advocate for multidisciplinary profiles and embrace the Full Stack philosophy; therefore, experience in other technology stacks—such as backend (Java, .Net, NodeJS, etc.), mobile development (iOS, Ionic, Flutter, etc.), or web (HTML+JS+CSS, AngularJS, etc.)—will also be positively considered. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- * Design and configure the Azure DevOps structure to support multiple projects and teams. * Define an organizational model based on a single Azure DevOps Project that groups various commercial area projects. * Configure and organize code repositories within the project. * Define and implement permission and access models for different teams and roles. * Establish best practices for repository governance and cross-team collaboration. * Ensure the defined architecture is scalable and sustainable in the long term. * Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to align the DevOps structure with their needs. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Solid hands-on experience working with Azure DevOps. * Experience in architecture and configuration of enterprise DevOps environments. * Knowledge of: + Organization of Projects, Repositories, and Teams in Azure DevOps. + Permission and security management. + Git repository strategies and code governance. * Experience defining scalable DevOps structures in multi-team environments. * Ability to provide technical guidance and make architectural decisions. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
