As part of our positioning as a leading cybersecurity company, we aim to strengthen our team with a Tech Manager to participate in strategic technological innovation and cyberdefense projects, collaborating on the technical coordination of multidisciplinary initiatives, driving the development of innovative solutions, and contributing to achieving the organization’s technological and business objectives. What will you do? * Collaborate with the product architect to ensure alignment between the product’s technological and functional strategy. * Participate in project development planning, supporting priority definition and backlog management. * Functionally coordinate the various teams involved in the project, fostering communication and cross-departmental collaboration. * Conduct daily monitoring of developments and the technical progress of ongoing initiatives. * Support resource, capability, and project requirement management to ensure achievement of established objectives. * Participate in identifying, analyzing, and tracking risks, deviations, and impacts on planning. * Drive the creation of designs, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts aligned with reference architectures and the unit’s technological strategies. * Contribute to technical and organizational decision-making aimed at maximizing value delivered to the client and the project. * Participate in initiatives related to emerging technologies and applied innovation in cybersecurity. * Foster collaborative work environments by promoting agile methodologies and best practices in technical management. Go ahead — learn about our offer and tell us what you can bring to the team! ✅ University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related disciplines. ✅ Prior experience in technical leadership roles, project coordination, or similar positions. ✅ Ability to organize and plan technical activities. ✅ Experience in project monitoring, resource management, and team coordination. ✅ Knowledge of risk management, deviation tracking, and milestone control. ✅ Ability to participate in decision-making and conflict resolution within technology projects. ✅ Knowledge of cybersecurity and emerging technologies. ✅ Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
