At Healthy Poke, the leading healthy fast-food chain, we are seeking a committed Assistant Store Manager with strong organizational and leadership skills. Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in supervising and coordinating daily store operations. Act as substitute for the Store Manager during their absence, ensuring smooth store operations. Collaborate in managing and motivating the kitchen and bar teams, fostering a positive and productive environment. Oversee compliance with the brand’s quality, hygiene, and service standards. Assist in inventory control, supplier ordering, and waste management. Help organize staff shifts and schedules. Resolve customer incidents and communicate basic reports to headquarters. Ensure proper preparation and presentation of products (pokes, burritos, etc.), delivering a fast, healthy, and high-quality experience. Minimum Requirements: * Prior experience in hospitality, preferably in fast food or healthy food sectors, and in team management. Leadership ability and decision-making skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Customer orientation, proactivity, and organizational skills. Flexible availability, including weekends. We offer: * Permanent contract. * 30-hour weekly schedule, with possibility of additional hours. \- Fixed salary \+ incentives (€18,000 \- €20,000 gross / year)
