The role involves diverse responsibilities—from providing internal user support to participating in the development and maintenance of the company’s systems and applications—thus shaping a versatile professional profile supported by an attractive career development plan. Reporting to the IT Department Manager, the candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting various departments: Help desk tasks and technical support for users. Custom software programming and maintenance. Maintenance and support of the company’s IT infrastructure. Administration and monitoring of systems, office productivity tools, and corporate environments. Extensive prior experience across all these areas is not required; however, foundational knowledge and strong motivation to learn and grow professionally are essential. Professional career plan. Knowledge of SQL databases. Experience in technical support / help desk tasks. Minimum English level B2, due to the company’s international subsidiaries. Preferably residing in the Bages and/or Vallés regions. Personal vehicle required to commute to the workplace.
