**What will you do?**
Your main mission will be to ensure the administrative management of goods incoming to the designated warehouse, thereby maintaining updated stock levels and supporting supply to stores.
* Review orders prepared at the warehouse for stores, resolving any incidents detected to ensure correct invoicing (credit note or invoice) and the corresponding stock update.
* Verify the correct entry of orders into the system by procurement to guarantee their proper processing upon arrival at the warehouse.
* Enter information related to goods receipt (product, pallet type, and packaging) into the ERP system, after verifying and validating the supplier’s delivery note regarding product, quantity, and price, to maintain accurate warehouse stock and fulfill store orders.
* Track product location within the warehouse, ensuring correct format to organize deliveries and avoid deviations caused by non-standard formats.
* Manage incidents detected during goods receipt with suppliers or escalate them to the responsible person.
* Manage procurement orders from factory and stores, coordinating product inflows and outflows while considering delivery schedules and tracking correct receipt.
* Invoice products destined for the factory, resolving possible incidents (e.g., price changes, supplier changes) with appropriate credit notes.
* Process product returns for ERP entry and accounting, followed by corresponding credit notes. Generate QR codes to facilitate truck loading and distribution to stores.
* Prepare store orders for sushi production.
* Confirm with procurement the arrival of pending orders for optimal warehouse organization.
* Assume and carry out any tasks deemed necessary by the department to ensure smooth operations, while participating in training and improvement initiatives essential for professionalizing your own role and that of the Group.
**What are we looking for in you?**
* Education in Logistics or a related field
* Computer skills: Microsoft Office, intermediate level
* Availability for shift work. Rotating shifts.
* Minimum one year of relevant experience.
