Therefore, we are seeking a receptionist for our center located in Barcelona. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** To ensure proper administrative and high-quality service to patients and the blood-draw center by performing all necessary tasks required for smooth operations. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** * In-person and telephone assistance to patients and their families. * Appointment scheduling, admissions management, and support throughout care processes. * Resolution of basic inquiries regarding services, procedures, and operating hours. * Registration and updating of data in internal systems. * Support to healthcare staff in basic care tasks as per protocol. * Coordination with various professionals at the center to ensure appropriate user care. * Ensuring patient well-being from initial welcome through to departure. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** * Vocational training qualification at intermediate or advanced level in Administration or equivalent. * Prior training/experience as a Nursing Assistant (TCAE) or within the healthcare sector is considered a plus. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. * We seek an organized individual oriented toward patients and attentive to detail, possessing strong communication skills, empathy, teamwork ability, proactivity, and capacity to resolve incidents. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Temporary replacement contract due to sick leave (IT) * Hours: Monday 13:15–20:00, Tuesday 13:00–20:00, Wednesday 13:00–19:00, Thursday 13:00–20:00, Friday 13:17–20:00 * Salary according to collective agreement * Opportunity to join a growing international project within an established company. * Innovative environment within the healthcare sector * Social benefits. **WHY JOIN CERBA?** Because your work here has real impact: you directly contribute to improving people’s lives through diagnosis and prevention. **WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN THIS PROJECT?** If you’ve read this far… you’re likely who we’re looking for!
