




An accountant is required to join a team in Barcelona, with key responsibilities in the accounts receivable area. Main duties include maintaining detailed customer records, efficiently processing transactions, and performing quarterly reconciliations to ensure account accuracy. The selected candidate will also be responsible for generating and periodically reviewing the accounts receivable aging report, as well as collecting data for the preparation of monthly metrics and reports. Assistance in month-end financial closing and continuous evaluation of existing policies—proposing process improvements—is expected. Confidential handling of sensitive information and support during internal and external audits are fundamental aspects of the role. Additionally, the accountant will collaborate on the preparation of annual financial statements and manage fixed assets, including entering new items into SAP, recording corresponding journal entries, and calculating depreciation. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a split shift, with working hours between 08:00 and 17:30, including statutory breaks. * Two to five years’ experience in similar roles. * Experience with SAP. * Advanced Excel skills. * We seek a dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented individual. * Proximity to the workplace is an advantage. * .\- Advanced English.
