Additionally, you will have the **support of the rest of the Talent Agents** and collaborate with **over 20 experts** who will accompany you throughout the role. **And how will you do it?** * You will manage **selection processes from briefing collection to contract signing**. * + You will draft job offers. + You will perform filtering, screening, and direct sourcing. + You will design and conduct interviews. + You will coordinate practical cases and client interviews. + You will write reports. * You will **accompany Candees** throughout the entire process, from the first interview to closing the selection process. * You will manage **feedback with clients and candidates**. * You will carry out **offboarding** and **internal reporting**.
