Salary according to profile and experience. **Profile we seek:** \-Higher education degree in Journalism (a university degree is mandatory) \-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in press offices, communications agencies, or corporate communications departments. \-Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, and willingness to progressively assume responsibilities. **Mandatory requirements:** \-Very high proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish, both written and spoken. \-Strong writing and synthesis skills (press releases, informational content, briefing dossiers). \-Basic understanding of how media operate and how to interact with journalists. \-Willingness to travel occasionally for follow-ups, press conferences, or coverage (Catalonia region only). **Highly valued assets:** \-Valid driver’s license. \-Intermediate or advanced level of English. \-Experience in institutional, corporate, or local project communications. \-Basic knowledge of digital communications and coordination with social media teams. **What we expect from candidates:** Support in developing and executing communications plans and press strategies. Drafting and sending press releases under team supervision. Collaborating in preparing briefing dossiers and informational materials. Media contact and follow-up, including media impact tracking. Preparing basic performance reports and monitoring media presence. Team spirit, open attitude, and ability to coordinate with other agency departments (strategy, content, design, clients).
